If you ask us to fit a water meter on your premises, but you want to go back to your old way of billing, then we can arrange this for you.
Since 1st April 2015, customers have 24 months from the date the meter is fitted to decide which method of billing they prefer.
Please contact us on 0345 072 6072 if you need to discuss whether going back to non-metered charges is the right thing for you.
We will leave the water meter in place though, because if you move home, the new occupiers will be billed on the water meter.
